Investment Strategy

Once Global Pet Care Solutions secures the $25 million investment fund, the investment strategy will focus on the strategic utilization of the capital for the growth and expansion of the acquired business. After acquiring Pookt Pet Waste Solutions for $4 million, including all intellectual property and business rights, the operating company will be fully owned by Global Pet Care Solutions. Operational arrangements, including setting up banking and other necessary infrastructure, will be overseen by the holding company.

The initial $4 million investment will be primarily allocated towards developing the first city, referred to as BC City Number One, with the goal of establishing 75 territories generating $5,700 per month per territory. The performance metrics outlined in the plan indicate that it will take approximately 12 months to achieve this target and make BC City Number One self-sustaining by the end of the first year. The objective is to aim for capital return within this timeframe, demonstrating operational efficiency and financial viability.

As the business matures and gains operational insights from the initial phase, the plan is to expand rapidly by simultaneously operating multiple cities. Leveraging the experience gained in the first year, the strategy will shift towards scaling operations city by city ,concurrently. With this accelerated approach, the goal would be to reach 75 territories per city ,significantly increasing market penetration and revenue generation.

By leveraging the lessons learned and operational efficiencies gained in the initial phase, the investment strategy aims to maximize the utilization of capital, drive rapid expansion, and establish a strong foothold in the pet care industry. The focus will be on strategic growth, scalability, and achieving financial sustainability to deliver returns to the investment fund while positioning Global Pet Care Solutions for long-term success and market leadership.

During year 1 we will be ironing out the process. Year 2-3 we expect to grow rapidly by introducing our product lines the 076, 071, 074, & 077.

By the introduction of these products to the worlds pet market we plan to substantially increase our revenue.

076 - Pet Waste in Plastic Collection System For Parks & Common Areas

Pookt is in the process of developing the 076 to market to parks of  different sizes and commercial locations, as well as multi family strata developments, school grounds and city centers.

071 - Residential Doorstep/Patio Processing Unit

A 110 V mobile app-controlled device using a patentable odor eliminating system that safely and effectively processes dog waste at home. Pet waste is transformed into an inert product that is safe for the environment and can be disposed of safely in the garbage or decorative garden beds.

074 - Handheld Pickup Device

A handheld pet waste pick-up device for small dog owners while out on outings and walkabouts. The device uses tissue sleeves that can be flushed down the toilet eliminating the need for plastic bags. The device features a leash ring and flashlight.

077 - Centralized Processing Facility

Shown above is the 077 separation and processing system alongside the slab and brick making machine Pookt’s plan to remove pet waste from the garbage is coming to a city near you soon.

Territorial Growth

At the end of the first year, Pookt is forecasting 75 territories, increasing to 900 territories by the end of the third year.

Total revenue generated by the Territories is forecast to be in excess of $6 million in the first year, increasing to $63 million in the third year.

Waste Collected

Monthly total waste collected by the territories is in excess of 2 million lbs in year 1, increasing to 12 million lbs by the end year 3.

Membership Fees

Residential clients are charged a monthly membership fee of $8.33 ($100 annually). At the end of the first year, Pookt is forecasting 7,500 residential clients, increasing to 90,000 residential clients by the end of year 3.

Territory Revenue

Territory Revenue is generated from a Territory fee charged to the operator as well as a Royalty/Marketing fee. The territory fee is calculated at $10,000 in the first year ($833 per month) increasing to $20,000 in the second year ($1,666 per month). The Royalty/Marketing fee is a flat monthly fee of $5,000 per month.

Other Sales

Additional revenue is generated through the sale of commercial bins ($500 each) as well as waste bags, assumed to be 8 rolls used per commercial bin each month generating $9 per role.

 

End Waste Product Revenue

Pookt has identified multiple wholesale and retail product lines that will incorporate the processed waste into usable and environmentally friendly products. For ease of calculation, it is assumed that on average $1 of revenue is generated by one pound of end material.

Device Costs

It is assumed that the production and shipping costs associated with each product line is 50% of the projected sales price.

Device Sales

Pookt has developed several product lines in support of waste collection and processing:

• Doorstep Model 71 with an average sale price of $300
• Handheld Model 74 with an average sale price of $29.99
• Commercial Model 76 with an average price of $7,500

It is assumed that 2% of new residential accounts will purchase the Doorstep 71 Model and that other distribution channels (such as amazon) will contribute to additional sales of 200 units monthly growing at a monthly rate of 10%.

It is assumed that each territory will purchase one Commercial Model 76.

Financing

It is assumed that there is a total of $4 million in financing secured by the business, with $4 million made available in month 1.
